Work ethics

"What to do? My producer is a bully and hired like-minded people. Ethics is becoming a question in my organization."
Try to talk with his superior or with human resources to change that policy, if the producer is the upper boss in your company talk with him, and tell him that you desagree with his attitud and way to manage thinks, if he fires you because you are saying the truth and your opinion, then  do not argue with him, you did what you can. 

What to do? I find few employees of my organization, disclosing confidential client data to our competitors.”
If you are loyal to you organization, then tell this info to your boss he will look for solutions.  Also try to be careful with your big ideas for the organization , we do not want them to get the credit and pass the idea to the competence.

“Should the performance feedback session follow a corrective or punitive approach?”
Yes, both. Because when there is a bad doing you need to fix that attitud with a corrective, to prevent that te action to be commited again. If he/she does not learn from his/her mistakes then there is not a strong discipline on the workers and they take the boss as a joker.

 How do you train your employees to be ethical to one and all, whether in the professional or personal?

Showing them what is bad and good, and the rewards that doing well gives. You need to show trust to your workers and show them a good attitud. Do not demand what you do not do, you need to show as an ethical person and as a good example.
Also develop days for talks of work harmony and what really means being a ethical worker.

Sorry!

I'm sorry for being out these weeks, I was a little bit busy and also I went to a robotics competition in USA, so my time was short.
Fortunately, me and my team got the second place on the competition and we arrived safe to Colombia. That contest gave us a lot of experiences and now we are willing to participate in other competitions along our country, also in different challenges.

Undertaking question: How was given the economy globalization?

Through the development of  capitalism and means of communication, because that allowed countries to create not only an inner economy but an external economy, where the exchange comes first and I can buy whatever I want, whenever I want. 

Nowadays, the trade barriers in many countries have disappeared allowing the economy to improve and causing a change on the situation, that now is not only one involve, there are many involved in  markets.

Techonology question: Which are the programming lenguages for the web pages development?

The web pages use: 

• HTML & CSS:(Hypertext Markup Language) is the set of markup symbols or codes inserted in a file intended for display on a World Wide Web browser page. 
• Ruby: is an open source, interpreted , object-oriented programming language created by Yukihiro Matsumoto, who chose the gemstone's name to suggest "a jewel of a language."
• Python: Is a widely used high-level, general purpose, interpreted, dynamic programming lenguage.
• JavaScript: is the programming language of HTML and the Web.
• PHP: is a server scripting language, and a powerful tool for making dynamic and interactive Web pages. 

Second Question: What are the rollovers and How you cant put them on a web page?

Is one in which a button or image web object, or group of them, changes (swaps itself) on mouse over to another web object (called rollovers) and reverts back to the original image on mouse out. 

You can made it in two different programs Fireworks and dreamweaver, and depending of the program is the process, but both work with HTML. 

Radio Waves

• Radio Frequencies Signals: are used to transmit all types of information. Are made by magnetic and electric waves. 

• Electric waves are oriented vertically and Magnetic waves horizontally.

• The electromagnetic radiation is not that harmful as the nuclear radiation, and also is not radioactive. 

• Radio waves travel at speed of light that is: 299792458 meters per second. 

• Lower frequencies=Longer wavelength and vice versa.

• Speed of light/Frequency=Wavelength

• AM: KHz-lees capacity to store information.

• FM: MHz-more capacity to store information.

• Omni Antenna: it spreads its signal evenly in every direction. It´s non directional.

•  Directional Antenna: Radio waves are concentrated in one direction. 

• A non directional antenna puts the RF where the viewers are. 

• A single AM tower acts as an Omni Antenna.

• Three or more AM tower make a Directional Antenna.

• Radio waves pass through and the vacuum space. Plus, they do not travel well through dense materials as water, metal and concrete.

• AM broadcasting uses ground waves.

• The curve of the earth reduces the distance at which RF can be received. The hills do not allow the RF to pass.

• Trees Absorbs RF, buildings reflects and refract RF causing it to bounce off in many directions.

• Lower frequencies travel further than Higher frequencies.

• When both power levels are equal is called Circular Polarity
